PaddleFit FLOW

FLOW stands for - Fluid Lymphatic Liquid On Water

PaddleFit Flow is a pre-designed educational system that features various movements inspired by styles of yoga, Pilates, and mobility performed in continuous, flowing patterns that not only link one exercise to another and to the breath, but also designed to increase lymphatic movement in the body.

Your lymph system is the “Body of Water, or Ocean within you” that when effectively flowing is designed to enhance immune function and detox the tissues of the body. It is essentially “water therapy” performed on the water, in the sun, with fresh air, creating the perfect environment to optimize your health.

PaddleFit FLOW summary:

PaddleFit FLOW is a hybrid, beginner-friendly workout inspired by mind/body practices performed on a paddle board to appropriately challenge all levels of participants.
